    If your student is currently enrolled in a school within the La Mesa Spring Valley School District and you would like to register for the current school year:

    • Please come into the school office. 

     

    If you are registering your child for the first time and you live within the LMSVSD, we will need the following documents:

    • 2 Proofs of Residence (ex: Utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement, appliance delivery receipt)

    • Immunization Record - Tdap needed for all incoming 7th graders!

    • Birth Certificate

    • Any special education documents (when applicable).  IEP, 504 Plan, Psych Eval, etc...

     

     

    If you are registering your child for the first time and you DO NOT live within the LMSVSD, we will need the following documents:

    • Interdistrict transfer form provided by the school district in which you live.  Form must be sent from your district to the LMSVSD before the registration packet is turned in.  
    • 2 Proofs of Residence (ex: Utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement, appliance delivery receipt)

       

    • Immunization Record - Tdap needed for all incoming 7th graders!

       

    • Birth Certificate

       

    • Any special education documents (when applicable).  IEP, 504 Plan, Psych Eval, etc...

    Registration Packets may be picked up at the front office between 7:00am-3:30pm.  Registration packets are accepted from 7:00am-3:00pm.  Please note that your child may not start immediately, depending on the information provided as well as the possible need to request documents from the last school attended.
