Meet the Teacher Profile
Introduction: Hello, I am Marianne Ek and I have enjoyed 29 prior years of experience in the La Mesa/Spring Valley School District. I have had the pleasure of teaching various grades at several schools, including Rolando, Highlands, and Fletcher Hills, and am now happy to be joining the Bancroft Bobcats. In my educational career, I have also enjoyed positions as a BTSA Mentor and a Reading Specialist. I am looking forward to an exciting, productive year working with your wonderful third grade children.
We are very pleased to be incorporating iPods into our curriculum this year. They are highly engaging learning tools that allow an interactive format and a variety of ways to enhance and differentiate instruction. They also offer many educational apps with which to boost skills. We are excited to implement this wonderful learning tool!
