Please review the required steps below to complete your volunteer clearance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cost:<\/strong>&nbsp;$67 total<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>$20 (fingerprinting \u2013 LMPD)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>$47 (DOJ processing)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 1: DOJ &amp; FBI Clearance (Fingerprinting)<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Print and complete the Live Scan form and take it to a LMSV approved location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No appointment necessary; payment required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submit the completed form to the School Office Manager\u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 2: TB Clearance<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Submit a completed TB risk assessment from a healthcare provider,\u00a0<strong>or<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide proof of TB clearance completed within the last 60 days<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Step 3: Clearance Status<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Follow up with the School Office Manager regarding your clearance status<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Please note: processing may take several weeks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Important:<\/strong>&nbsp;Fingerprinting and TB clearance must be completed before you can begin volunteering.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Thank you for volunteering at Avondale Elementary School!
