On July 24 and August 15, 2019, the District and CSEA negotiated and agreed to the following:
The Personnel Commission presented updated job descriptions. After ratification, they will go before the Personnel Commission for approval and salary recommendation and will later go to the LMSV School Board for salary approval.
The District and CSEA updated Benefits Committee language in Article 9.5 and updated medical retiree language, as detailed in the Tentative Agreement dated April 25, 2018.
The District and CSEA updated Transportation language in Article 15.
The District and CSEA deleted Article 21, as ESS is now recognized in Article 1 in classified service.
We will continue to bargain the remaining articles outlined in the sunshine letters. We look forward to our next session.
