Today, the District and CSEA negotiated and agreed to the following:
The District and CSEA agreed to a classified calendar for the 2021-2022 school year. Both calendars will be taken for ratification in January 2020.
The Personnel Commission presented recommendations for the Job Family Study. The District made proposals to CSEA. We have agreed on everything, except for some minor changes to some job descriptions and we plan to meet again upon return from break to finalize.
The District and CSEA reviewed language in Article 22 District Rights and reviewed Ed Code 45103.1 and agreed to keep the language as written in the current contract.
