The District and LMSV Bargaining teams met last week and continued to discuss items related to reopening in the new hybrid model. We are happy to report that we have reached a tentative agreement for reopening and salary that provides both a stipend to all unit members in anticipation of the work they are doing to implement concurrent instruction, and a one-time off-schedule salary increase of 3%. The tentative agreement will go to LMSVTA members for a ratification vote this week, and if ratified, will conclude bargaining for 2020-2021. We will begin our sunshine for the 2021-2022 school year during the next two months.
