• To request student records, please send an email to blanca.acosta@lmsvschools.org or fax on your letterhead to
    (619) 668-8305.  Please allow 48 hours to process.
    If you are registering your child for the first time in one of our schools, we will need the following documents:
    • 2 Proofs of Residence (ex: Utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement, appliance delivery receipt)
    • Immunization Record
    • Birth Certificate
    • Any special education documents (when applicable).  IEP, 504 Plan

    Registration Packets may be picked up at the front office between 7:00am-3:00pm.  Please note that your child may not start immediately, depending on the information provided as well as the possible need to request documents from the last school attended.

    Registration Packets will not be accepted after 3:00pm.
