    If you are registering your child during the Open Enrollment Period for the following school year, you will need to fill out a one page application and turn it into the office via fax or in person.  The form can be found on the  homepage. Our fax number is 619-668-8305


    If your student is enrolled in a school within the La Mesa Spring Valley School District and you would like to register for the current school year, please come in to the school office.


    If you are registering your child for the first time, we will need the following documents:

    • 2 Proofs of Residence (ex: Utility bill, lease agreement or mortgage statement, appliance delivery receipt)

    • Immunization Record - Tdap needed for all incoming 7th graders!

    • Birth Certificate

    • Any special education documents (when applicable).  IEP, 504 Plan, Psych Eval, etc...

    Registration Packets may be picked up at the front office between 7:00am-3:30pm.  Registration packets are accepted from 7:00am-3:00pm.  Please note that your child may not start immediately, depending on the information provided as well as the possible need to request documents from the last school attended.
