Annual Data Confirmation provides us with updated health and emergency contact information for your student(s). Please note that updating this information is required in order for a student to be permitted to go on a field trip during the 25-26 school year.
In addition, you will be asked to provide permissions for things such as technology use and a media release.
You will find a questionnaire regarding Income. The answers to these questions help provide additional funding for our schools for students that qualify. Depending on your answers, your student may also qualify for free ESS or a Summer EBT card.
