Online Enrollment – No physical visit to school is required. Enrollment is completed entirely online. Visit the district website at www.lmsvsd.org/enroll and click the “Enroll” button. You will be directed to complete a questions portion, download a fillable PDF, complete and upload that document, upload required documents (immunization, birth certificate, 2 proofs of residency). Immunizations are required for all students to begin school.
