Incoming 6th Graders

Hello Future Patriots!

Counselors are currently visiting 5th grade feeder schools to show students all the amazing things Parkway has to offer. Here a few important points:

• Students have until May 4th to edit their responses in the Elective Preference Form linked here: https://forms.gle/vePRbNGXG2RZBnLt7
• Incoming 6th graders applying to ASB must submit a separate leadership application by May 16th. ASB applicants must also have a teacher submit a Teacher Recommendation Form: TEACHER LEADERSHIP RECOMMENDATION FORM HERE https://forms.gle/KjNsPRAvBvx9QrUc9
• ASB Applications can be turned in the following ways:
  • Turn it into your 5th grade teacher and teachers will send it through district mail – or –
  • Scan and email all 3 pages to Parkway Counselors – Ms. Tabor: katrina.tabor@lmsvschools.org Mrs. Peraza-Garcia: adriana.perazagarcia@lmsvschools.org – or –
  • Drop off at Parkway Main Office (open M-F 8am – 4pm; Tue closes at 2:45pm)
