Registration for Early Admission Kindergarten begins in late October.
Early Admission Kindergarten (EAK) is a free, state-funded, full-day kindergarten program. EAK is for children who will be five years of age by March 1, 2021 and are not currently enrolled in kindergarten or transitional kindergarten. The program is open to all eligible students living in the community. Participation is voluntary and not designed to take the place of kindergarten. Students participating in the EAK program will enroll in kindergarten for August 2021.
Enrollment is limited to the District average for Kindergarten of 25 students. Priority will be given to older students residing in our attendance area.
|Inter-District Form:||Students living in a neighboring district’s attendance must obtain an inter-district transfer form, |
from the resident district and bring the completed form to the registration appointment.
|Transportation:||Transportation will not be provided for the EAK.|
|ESS Services:||Extended School Services (ESS) will be available for EAK families.|
