To streamline the placement process, we require all universities to complete the appropriate survey based on the type of placement being requested.

Important Information
- The survey must be completed by the university placement coordinator, not by individual students.
- Please ensure the correct survey is selected based on the student’s credential or program to avoid delays.
- You must have a current MOU on file with the district. To confirm status of your MOU, contact tamia.callen@lmsvsd.net
- We require at least four (4) weeks’ notice for all placement requests.
- Due to the high volume of requests, we may not be able to accommodate all placements.
