Introducing the ESSPN Sports League: Where Sports Meet Social-Emotional Growth!

We’re thrilled to announce a dynamic collaboration between Extended Student Services (ESS) and the LMSV Student Supports Team, bringing you an exciting new youth sports experience: the ESSPN Sports League!

This isn’t just any after-school sports program; it’s a league designed to develop the whole child. Through football, kickball, and basketball, students will not only strengthen their athletic skills but also develop their teamwork, sportsmanship, and self-awareness.

🧠+🏀 = A Winning Combo

Each week, students will participate in:

2 days of sports coaching in flag football, kickball, or basketball.
1 day of Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) led by our district’s amazing Social Workers.

This powerful blend helps students learn to reflect, collaborate, lead, and grow, on and off the field.

👟 Who Can Join?

Open to all 3rd–8th grade LMSV students.
Students must demonstrate positive behavior and provide proof of health insurance.
Transportation is provided! Students will travel by school bus to compete in games and tournaments against other ESSPN teams across LMSV.

ESSPN FALL 2025 REGISTRATION

Fall Season – Middle School, Basketball – Elementary School, Kickball

To register your student must pick up an ESSPN Registration Packet at your school’s ESS program, or you can download the packet below, and log in or create an Eleyo account to register a contract for the ESSPN program at your student’s school.

Please remember that your student will only be officially registered for the Fall 2025 season once the full registration process has been completed and submitted to the ESS program at the school site or the documents have been emailed to ESSPN@lmsvschools.org. This includes completing the following:

Completion of online Eleyo registration
Signed student and parent permission slips and student-athlete contract (Packets are available at your ESS program or download below).
Proof of health insurance (Health care coverage shall be confirmed for each extracurricular athletic team member before athletic participation. A copy of your child’s medical insurance card must be on file with the coach before he/she is permitted to practice.)
