ESS Registration
**Your ESS service may begin once your contract has been approved and payment has been made. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for contract approval. Thank you!**
Upon approval of your ESS contract, you will be charged an annual, non-refundable registration fee. This fee will be debited upon approval of registration (contract acceptance). This annual registration fee will be assessed at the beginning of every school year at the rate of $40 for one child and $60 for two or more children.
The La Mesa-Spring Valley Schools ESS Program operates with the Eleyo billing and registration system. Here are a few things you will be able to do in the system.
- Access your account on any device, including smartphones and tablets.
- View your invoices online.
- Check your account balance.
- Manage your payments and payment methods online.
- Register for Non-School Days.
- Print receipt and tax statements (for period beginning 7/1/18).
- Update your contact information, emergency contacts and authorized pick-ups for your student.
ESS Fees
Extended School Services is a fee based, self-supporting program. Fees are used to fund salaries and sustain all aspects of the program including instructional supplies, nutritional snacks, recreational equipment, etc. Fees are a flat, weekly rate regardless of how many hours or days the child attends the program.
ESS Program Rates During Hybrid Learning

MUST pre-register and prepay on a bi-weekly basis. Rates are a flat weekly rate. Registration opens on 3/29/2021.
5 Day Program, Monday thru Friday from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm

Fall, Spring, & Summer Break Rates (break program availability and rates subject to change due to COVID-19)
August 27th, 2020 – June 18th, 2021
Includes all special assemblies and field trips. MUST pre-register and prepay on a bi-weekly basis. Fees are nonrefundable.

Fall Break – NO FALL BREAK FOR THE 2020/2021 ACADEMIC SCHOOL YEAR
ESS will be CLOSED for the Thanksgiving Recess, Monday thru Friday, November 23rd-27th.
ESS will be OPEN for the Winter Recess, December 28th, 2020 – January 1st, 2021.
ESS will be closed December 21st-25th and Friday, January 1st. No AM only or PM only rates available.
Spring Break – March 22nd, 2021 – April 2nd, 2021 (ESS will be closed on Friday, April 2nd)
